Offering English for French, Russian, or German Skype partner

I understand fluent French and Russian, and speak both reasonably well, but I need to improve. I know little to no German. I'm a native English and Russian speaker, but I cannot read or write in Russian. I need a skype partner badly.

I'm a native german speaker and I could try to help you with your german. I would like to improve my english, my understanding is pretty much fluent but I don't have much opportunity to talk english and I would like to change that so that I can improve.
