Language exchange partners in Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany

Hello. My name is Joey. I am from Philadelphia, PA, USA. I live in Regensburg, Germany.  I have a german fiance but she isn't the best language partner. She teaches me alot, but since she already knows how to speak german and english fluently, she has no motivation or patience  to teach me German. She always switches to english. I am looking for someone to help me learn and practice german and whom I can also teach and practice english with in return. Preferably on skype or through email, at least at first.
