At present, learning German is taking up much of my time as I am eager to get over the first 'hill' of comprehension and feel comfortable with the spoken and written language.

Hello. My name is Joey. I am from Philadelphia, PA, USA. I live in Regensburg, Germany.  I have a german fiance but she isn't the best language partner. She teaches me alot, but since she already knows how to speak german and english fluently, she has no motivation or patience  to teach me German. She always switches to english. I am looking for someone to help me learn and practice german and whom I can also teach and practice english with in return. Preferably on skype or through email, at least at first.

Our goal has always been to combine learning a language with meeting people and sharing cultural experience.   One excellent way to do this is to supplement language courses with language partners (tandems) alongside a language course.

  Andrés Rodríguez Navarro holds a Bachelor in Social Communication and Audiovisual Production from Pontifical Xavierian University in Bogotá. Now he lives in Berlin and continues his studies in film at the University of Applied Sciences "Beuth Hochschule".
